All items at CraftRayGifts are handmade and many are personalized to order, so please review the details below to know what to expect.

Processing Time

Because most items are made and personalized specifically for you, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. During busy periods (such as the Christmas season), processing may take slightly longer, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail within the UK and via Royal Mail International or an equivalent tracked service for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
