How does personalisation work?

Just add the name, initials or message you'd like at checkout (or in the product's personalisation field). We double-check every order before it goes into production, so please make sure spelling and spacing are exactly as you want them.

Can you engrave in Cyrillic?

Yes! We can laser-engrave in both Latin and Cyrillic script — just let us know which one you need when you order.

What are your items made from?

Our pieces are laser-cut and engraved from quality wood, chosen to keep fine detail crisp and to last for years.

How long does an order take?

Every item is made to order, so please allow a short processing time for cutting and engraving before your order is dispatched. You'll get a shipping confirmation as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship within the UK, across the EU and internationally. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If that happens, please contact us and we'll sort it out.
