Returns (Physical products)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at info@craftraygifts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Please make sure to review the product description carefully before purchasing.
