Thank you for shopping at CraftRayGifts. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it explains how returns and refunds work for our handmade and personalized products.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are handmade to order and personalized specifically for you (for example, with names, initials, or custom text). Because these items are created uniquely for each customer, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or with an error made by us (such as a misspelling that does not match the personalization details you provided at checkout).

Please double-check all names, spellings, and personalization details before completing your order, as we are not able to offer refunds for errors in the information submitted by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items

For items that are not personalized, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at craftraygifts@gmail.com before sending anything back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at craftraygifts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage, for these cases.

Refunds

Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Cancellations

You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at craftraygifts@gmail.com. Because most items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes requested after this window, or once production has begun.
